Our team is dedicated to helping women in Illinois recover in safe sober living environment. We work hard to support women so they can practice the principles of recovery on a daily basis. Dora Dantzler-Wright

Dora is a woman with r34 years in long term recovery from substance use disorder and mental illness. In addition, she has 25 years’ experience in the field of alcoholism and substance abuse treatment and recovery. With 10 years’ experience in clinical supervision in residential inpatient treatment programs, outpatient services for women involved in the DCFS and Recovery Home settings and 10 years’ experience in managing residential facilities. Received her Bachelor of Science Degree in Healthcare Administration 2001and received her Property Management Certification from Wilbur Wright College in 2008. She then became state certified with IAODAPCA as a CADC, NCRS and GCE. She's current President of Illinois Association of Extended Care (IAEC). She is a frequent guest lecturer at Aurora College - Drugs and Human Behavior, and local consultant to public and private sectors interested in setting up recovery homes and sober living environments. She has serves as a Board Member of National Alliance for Recovery Residences (NARR), member of Great Lakes ATTC Advisory Board, and founder of Chicago Recovering Communities Coalition is a nationally recognized (RCO) Recovery Community Organization - a state affiliate of Faces and Voice of Recovery.
